For eighty years of continuous professional practice in Puerto Rico and abroad, our Firm, Méndez Badillo + Ferrer, Architects & Engineers, has been responsible for the design of a long list of projects whose costs exceed 500 million dollars. The scope of work has ranged from the design of industrial plants to healthcare facilities, from housing projects to office buildings and from churches to country clubs. Recently, project design has been divided into the following fields - commercial design, Federal/local Government projects, industrial complex, and educational facilities, providing both, building and extensive interior design and space planning. We have also been in-charge of the demolition by implosion of several high rise public housing projects.
